The building got the use permition in 2021, but most of the rooms are still in a shell state. To achieve the goal of creating area for social activities and meetings of the Polish Community, it is necessary to finish the building inside.
The basic construction and installation projects have already been completed. It is planned to develop an interior design of area intended for the Polish Community and the development of the outdoor area in terms of pedestrian routes. Construction works will be supervised by professional investor supervision in Aktau and design supervision from Poland. The specific population structure of the city of Aktau requires the employment of non-local construction teams, which considering the huge distances typical of Kazakhstan, requires organizing construction supplies, accommodation, meals and investment services on site. The purchase of materials for finishing works is planned, such as: internal plasters, plasterboard construction, laying wall and floor tiles, painting walls and ceilings, and installing cladding. Installation and assembly of electrical and lighting devices. In addition, it is necessary to install sanitary facilities, and after finishing works, the purchase and installation of furniture is planned: building elements and movable equipment in the form of a conference table and chairs in an amount corresponding to the need. It is also planned to tidy up the space in front of the Polish Community building: purchase and installation of paving stones to create opportunities to spend time together outdoors.
